Cilantro Citrus Salad Dressing

  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 2 large oranges
  • 1½ tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • ½ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • ½ tsp salt


  1. Squeeze the juice from your oranges. This should yield approximately ½ cup of juice.
  2. Add all of the ingredients to a blender.
  3. Puree until smooth and the cilantro pieces are very small.
  4. Refrigerate until you’re ready to use. Shake and Enjoy!
