- 3oz extra virgin olive oil
- 2oz organic apple cider vinegar
- juice from 1/2 a lemon (about 3 TBSP)
- 2 pressed garlic cloves
- 2 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp salt
Add all ingredients to a salad dressing jar or a glass mason jar and stir until combined.
Will last for a few weeks in the fridge but will separate so take out before using and shake to emulsify.
