Oven BBQ chicken thighs

  • 1 package organic chicken thighs
  • 3-4 TBSP BBQ sauce


  1. In a large Ziploc bag or container, marinate chicken in BBQ sauce for 1 hour or up to 24 hours.
  2. After marinated, preheat oven to 400′.
  3. Put chicken on a oiled baking sheet lined with parchment paper or foil.
  4. Cook until crispy on one side and then flip to other side. If any water comes to bottom of the pan, carefully pour it out and put back in the oven. If not getting crispy, raise oven to 450′ until both side crispy.
  5. Serve.
