Roasted Broccoli

  • 2 packages pre-cut organic broccoli or cut up your own broccoli into florets
  • 4 tbsp. avocado or olive oil
  • 2 tbsp. garlic powder
  • salt
  • pepper


  1. Preheat oven to 400′
  2. Toss all ingredients in a large bowl or on baking sheet.
  3. Cook 15 minutes without touching then check and flip if one side has started to brown otherwise leave until one side starts to brown. Then flip and stir and keep checking in 5 min increments until cooked through and golden on outside.
  4. Devour!
