Slow Cooker Wedding Soup with Sausage
- 1 package no sugar Italian sweet sausage, cooked and crumbled
- 64 ounces beef or chicken broth
- 1 diced onion
- 2 cups baby carrots
- 1 huge bunch of organic baby spinach
- 1/2 bunch organic parsley, diced small
- 10 cloves garlic, whole
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 Tbsp avocado oil
- 1 head organic chopped cauliflower (I used the leaves and bottoms of 3 cauliflower I had cooked so was trying to use up the bottoms)
- Add all ingredients to slow cooker.
- Cook 6-7 hours on Low.
