Veggie “Turkey” Platter

Ingredients:

  • organic small cucumbers
  • organic red bell pepper
  • organic sugar snap peas
  • organic baby carrots
  • hummus of choice
  • 1 raisin, ripped in half for eyes

Directions:

Cut up veggies and fan them out starting with cucumbers and then follow picture.

Use bottom of pepper and carrots to decorate turkey around hummus.
